Welcome to Auto Couture Technology Private Limited (“Platform”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our website/app, placing an order, or booking an installation service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order.

  1. Products & Pricing
  • All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel affected orders, with a full refund where payment was already made.
  • Product images are for representation; actual color/finish may vary slightly.
  1. Orders
  • Order confirmation is sent via email/SMS after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or serviceability limitations (e.g., installation not available in your city).
  1. Installation Services
  • Doorstep installation is available only in select cities/pin codes, as shown at checkout or on our Platform.
  • Installation slots are subject to technician availability and may be rescheduled with prior notice.
  • The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible, parked at the confirmed address, and that any required permissions (e.g., housing society/parking access) are arranged.
  • Installation charges, where applicable, are shown separately from product price and are non-refundable once the service has been performed, except as covered under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, aftermarket modifications, or warranty voidance caused by the vehicle manufacturer due to installation of third-party accessories.

 

  1. Payments

We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery where offered). All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

  1. Warranty

Product warranties, where applicable, are as specified on the product page and are honored by the respective manufacturer/brand unless stated otherwise. Installation workmanship, where covered, carries a service warranty of [15 days] from the date of installation against faulty fitting (excludes misuse, accidents, or third-party interference).

  1. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate delivery/installation information and not to misuse the Platform for fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or abuse of our support team.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Auto Couture Technology Private Limited or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or relating to:

Defects in products or services supplied by Sellers;

Personal injury, illness, death, or property damage allegedly caused by any product;

Manufacturing defects, design defects, contamination, recalls, or product failures;

Incorrect product descriptions or specifications provided by Sellers;

Any warranty claims, product liability claims, or claims arising from misuse of products; or

Any dispute between Buyers and Sellers regarding the quality, safety, legality, or performance of products or services.

  1. No Product Warranty by the Platform: Except where expressly stated, the Platform does not manufacture, test, inspect, certify, endorse, or warrant any product or service listed by Sellers. All warranties, guarantees, representations, and after-sales obligations are provided solely by the respective Seller or manufacturer.

To the extent permitted by law, Auto Couture Technology Private Limited’s liability for any claim relating to a product or installation service is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

  1. Platform Assistance

The Platform is a technology-based marketplace that facilitates communication and transactions between independent buyers and third-party sellers. The Platform is not the manufacturer, importer, distributor, stockist, retailer, or owner of the products listed for sale unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Platform may, at its sole discretion and without assuming any legal liability, facilitate communication between Buyers and Sellers or assist in dispute resolution. Such facilitation shall not be construed as an admission of liability or acceptance of responsibility for the products or services offered by Sellers.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

  1. Grievance Redressal

As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any complaints may be directed to our Grievance Officer (see Contact Us).

  1. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
